Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy: Kashi Scientific offers free returns on all orders within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Complete and suitable for resale
- Returned with prior authorization from Kashi Scientific
For eligible returns, Kashi Scientific will provide a prepaid standard return shipping label. Original shipping and expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Sterile Products
Unopened sterile or specially certified products may be returned within 30 days, provided the sterile barrier and packaging remain sealed and undamaged. At Kashi Scientific’s discretion, returns of sterile products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened sterile products are not returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days. No restocking fee will be charged for approved exchanges. Customers are responsible for any price difference between the original and replacement products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please report shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect products within five business days of delivery. Product defects should be reported within 30 days or within the applicable warranty period. When the issue results from a Kashi Scientific error, defect, or shipping damage, we will cover return and replacement shipping. No restocking fee will apply.
Requesting a Return
Contact us with your order number, product information, quantity, reason for return, and photographs if requested. Do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds or account credits will be initiated within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Purchases made on credit terms may be refunded through an account credit or credit memo. Products purchased through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or another marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s return policy.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
